Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TurnTable Ops website and application (the "Service"), operated by Eric Johnson. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

The Service

TurnTable Ops connects external data sources — weather, school calendars, local events, publicly listed competitor information and public demographic statistics — to a venue you operate, and answers questions about them. The Service is under active development; features may change, and it is provided on an early-access basis.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to access another customer's data, or any part of the system you have not been granted access to;
• resell, redistribute or systematically extract the data the Service retrieves;
• interfere with the Service's operation, or circumvent any usage limit;
• use the Service in a way that breaches the terms of a connected third-party provider.

Connected accounts and third-party data

Where you connect a third-party account — for example Google Ads — your use of that service remains governed by that provider's own terms. You are responsible for having the right to connect it. Data supplied by third parties is provided as they supply it; we do not warrant that it is complete or accurate, and a provider may change or withdraw access at any time, which may affect what the Service can do.

Your data

You retain ownership of the business information you enter and of the data retrieved on your behalf. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it in order to provide the Service. Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and branding remain ours. Nothing in these terms transfers any right in them to you beyond the right to use the Service.

Answers are guidance, not advice

The Service produces analysis and suggestions generated in part by automated systems, including artificial intelligence. They may be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, legal or professional advice, and business decisions you make remain yours. Check anything material before acting on it.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because an upstream provider is unavailable.

Fees

Any fees, billing period and payment terms are those agreed with you in writing. Where the Service is provided without charge during early access, we may begin charging on notice, and you may cancel rather than accept.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, the date at the top of this page changes and account holders are notified by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Kansas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
