What do you need from me?

Where does the data come from?
Public sources: the Census, Google's search results and search volumes, federal school data. Nothing from your systems; we haven't seen them.
How accurate is the competitor list?
It's what Google showed for the searches your customers run, on the day we ran them. Rankings below first place move a little from one day to the next, so we report bands, strong, present, buried, rather than only positions.
When will I get it?
Within the week. Each report is built overnight in a batch rather than on the spot.
Do you keep my details?
Your address and offerings, so we can build the report, and your email, so we can send it. Reply "no thanks" to any email from us and that's the end of it.
